To my Daughter,

I, your loving Heavenly Father, covenant with thee, my daughter, to bless you with courage and joy as you stand for truth and righteousness.

My daughter, I give you the law of chastity and command you to be chaste, not to tie you, but to free you. I promise to bless you with the desire, determination and discipline to remain chaste, if you will petition me for aid in staying that way. You were born clean in mind and body, and I have commanded you to remain pure at all times, that you may have the powerful influence and guidance of the Holy Ghost and the spirit of the Lord. These gifts I give to help you avoid the pitfalls of temptation, so when the appropriate and appointed time comes, you will be worthy to enter my holy temple to make Sacred covenants essential for eternal salvation.

Follow me. Follow the things that are given unto you as you are taught and counseled by your parents, leaders and bishop, for your welfare is uppermost in their minds at all times. Respect your parents always because they gave you life. The blessings that can be yours in this life and the life to come, by following the ways of the Lord, are incomprehensible as far as the wisdom and understanding of the world

today. But if you are worthy, and faithful in the gospel and to all the teachings of the Lord and His prophets, you shall be blessed with the fulfillment of these blessings. I hereby covenant and promise to do these things.

To Heavenly Father,

I, ________________________________, thy daughter, covenant to stand as a witness for truth and righteousness at all times and in all places. To live by example, wherever I may be. I know I am a choice spirit and that I have been placed on the earth to grow and develop. I covenant to prepare myself as a daughter of God, spiritually, emotionally, physically and mentally, that I may bring honor to myself and all with whom I associate. I covenant to obey the law of chastity and to petition the Lord for aid in staying that way. I covenant to date the Sons of God carefully and wisely after I have turned sixteen years of age. I promise to go to my knees before thee Father and talk to thee often about the choices and decisions I must make concerning my life and an eternal companion. I promise I will live worthy to enter the temple to make Sacred covenants with thee that are essential to my eternal salvation. I hereby make these covenants unto my Father in Heaven by my own free will and choice.
