I hope this helps any of those who where wanting this information. We had people like the Bishopric, the Stake President, the Temple President, Stake Missionary Counselor, High Priest President, and other important people in the ward, or stake as the youth felt were needed. It is important to let the youth do most of the work and you as leaders just be there to help out if need be. You will be surprised at how well the youth can pull together these meetings.
