I like this poster
for this lesson because it is so important that we have "oil in our
lamps" to help us adjust to some of the unexpected changes in our lives.

...We are sometimes free to choose the changes that come to us
and sometimes not. But we are always free to choose what we will do when the
changes come. When changes occur in our families, especially unexpected and
undesirable changes, we can adjust successfully.

change is faith in the Lord and a knowledge that he will guide and help
us.
