We are doing a similar theme for NB this year and the following are ideas we've shared about this:

* have a large picture of the girl covered with cardstock puzzle pieces - as you give clues about her remove the puzzle pieces until someone figures it out

* have the girl stand behind a sheet with a light showing her silhouette (probably from the ground up to distort the height as to not give away too easily who she is, or with a hat/etc. on). Read the clues about her and have people guess - have her walk out after.

*have the new girls lined up on chairs wearing disguises of trench coats/hats, etc. and have each one turn around as they are introduced
to the group revealing who they are

* have a laurel be the special agent who presents our newest "team member" with the clues.

Our outline will be as follows:

Missions:

1) Special Agent, Sister ____ introduces our newest team members (new beehives and move-ins)

2) Special Agent, Sister ____ introduces and reviews the PP program

3) Special Agent, Sister ____ presents each girl with a briefcase (some type of file folder organizer), and instructs them on their new missions. These will be to seek out the clues and meanings of our YW Values. The values will be presented in pairs: Faith & Divine Nature by our Beehive Advisors, Individual Worth & Knowledge by our MiaMaid Advisors and Choice & Acct. & Good Works by our Laurel Advisors. (The seventh value of Integrity will be part of our 4th mission.)

The girls will be separated into three groups, and will attend each of the three booths/rooms for the presentations where they will be given a file folder of corresponding value colors for their briefcase with handouts.

4) Special Agent, Sister ____ welcomes all the agents back to the group and we have a combined testimony/share experience focusing on Integrity and putting into action what we have learned.

Our main mission as leaders this year is to create the safe environment and organization spoken of in the handbook that helps each girl feel they "belong to" something meaningful and are "unified" as a group.

Our costumes will be trench coats, hats and sunglasses for presenters, and black clothing or white shirts with black coats/hats, etc. and sunglasses. We're really getting excited about pulling it all together.
